This is how I organize my HTML, CSS and PHP files

I like to follow when I am writing code. I will typically have a folder for the website and a folder for my code. Within the website folder, I will have folders for assets, css, js, php, and so on. Inside of the code folder, I will have folders for models, controllers, views and other bits of functionality specific to that website. In general this is how you should organize your code when working on a project with multiple developers or when you are working on multiple projects at once.
